After your stay, you will receive a request to Review your stay at Villa Del Mar. We would appreciate if you will leave us a five star review and let others know what you loved most about Villa Del Mar. If you don’t feel we have earned your five star review, we ask that you call or text Tressa or drop us a note at bliss@villadelmarstthomas.com as to why. We would appreciate the opportunity to know how we can better host you and others in the future. A guide to the the common practice star review system is below.

Thank you for staying at Villa Del Mar and we hope you enjoyed you time here. If there were any issues, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

  • Please leave all used beds un-made and sheets/blankets on the bed.

  • Please leave all towels in the shower or hanging.

  • Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher before leaving. Items that are NOT dishwasher safe please leave in sink or wash at your convenience.

  • Please dispose of any opened food out of the refrigerator/villa. Unopened food can be left in the villa at your choosing. The Housekeeping staff will typically take this home with them.

  • Log out of streaming services

  • Please be sure all trash is placed in bins outside and lids are tight. You may dispose of trash during or after your stay at the VIWMA trash station outside the Mahogany Run gates to the left. We do not have regular trash service on the island.

  • Please be sure all A/C units, fans and lights are turned off. All doors are shut and locked.

Your door code will expire at your check-out time and you will no longer have access to the home after check-out time of 11am, unless arranged in advance for late check out. The Housekeepers will be arriving shortly after 11am.
